Diamond Drugs figures inmates need their meds too. Through its Diamond Pharmacy Services division, the company operates one of the largest institutional pharmacies in the US, from which it distributes drugs to more than 850 correctional facilities in the US and Puerto Rico. That division also wholesales medications to nursing homes in Pennsylvania. Two other divisions run medical supply and IV infusion facilities that provide medical supplies, home health care equipment, and respiratory therapies to customers. Rounding out its operations, the company's retail division owns two drugstore locations in its hometown of Indiana, Pennsylvania. Diamond Drugs is owned and operated by the Zilner family.
