When our doors first opened in 2004, we set out to challenge the belief that burgers were bad. We were the David to the Goliath’s of the burger world, fighting back with burgers that were both guilt-free and delicious.
What made us special back then continues to define us today: the Grill’d way. Our secret ingredient? It’s our people. The Grill’d team is the heart and soul of our brand. Without them, there is no us.
Every morning, we don our bandanas not just to cook delicious, healthy burgers, but to open our doors to our guests - the extended Grill’d crew. We create a positive environment that champions inclusivity, mateship, and community.
Today, we're proud to plate up healthy burgers made with love. With over 170 restaurants across the country, our commitment to staying locally connected and true to our mission has remained unwavering. It takes a lot of good people to make it happen. From our local suppliers to our restaurant teams, everyone plays a vital role in helping us create a better future, one delicious burger at a time.
From sustainability initiatives in our restaurants to pioneering meat-free menu options, supporting local community organisations each month, and donating over 51,000 burgers to those doing it tough, we’re changing the burger game for the better.
