Liberty Interactive Group stands by your right to shop at home and online. One of three tracking stocks of Liberty Media, it includes home shopping network QVC, e-tailer Provide Commerce, and online costume shop Buyseasons. It also owns a stake in Internet conglomerate IAC/InterActiveCorp, QVC rival HSN, and several companies IAC spun off in 2008. Liberty Media spun off Liberty Interactive in 2006 along with Liberty Capital, a similar tracking stock that includes the Atlanta Braves baseball team. A third tracking stock, Liberty Starz was created in 2008. In 2010 Liberty Media announced plans to merge and spin off Liberty Capital and Liberty Starz. The plan does not impact Liberty Interactive.
