Rent a Recruiter formerly Yala, was established in 2018 by Jamie Groom and Barry Prost, to provide a high-quality recruitment and management consultancy services to prospective clients in all industries in Ireland.
From then on we have grown the business to a team of 20. We have expanded our service across multiple operating locations including: America, the Middle East, United States and Europe. Our journey has been challenging but we believe that it has made us and our company what it is today. We have moved our operations to a fully remote business model and introduced a four day working week for our teams. Our most recent achievement is winning the 2021 ERF award for Best New Agency.
We attribute all our success to team effort , openness and hard work. We love getting the teams feedback on new projects or hearing fresh ideas. Though we still have a long way to go, we are sure that Rent a Recruiter will be a major contributor to the Recruitment Industry worldwide.
