Tianjin Development Holdings is all over the map, with a portfolio of about 25 companies that do business in Hong Kong and mainland China. It operates port terminals, toll roads, and highways through its Tianjin Port Development Holdings; produces and sells wine via Dynasty Fine Wines; and supplies utilities such as gas, electricity, water, heat, and thermal power. Tianjin Development's companies also produce and distribute industrial machinery and have operations in dairy, biopharmaceuticals, Otis elevators, and logistics. It recently branched out into commercial real estate by buying two hotels. Tianjin Development Holdings is run by the Tianjin municipal government and is 60% owned by the Tsinlien Group.
