WageIndicator Foundation is a global, independent, non-profit organization that works towards increased labour market transparency. WageIndicator operates in 208 countries and territories, providing up-to-date information on salaries and wages, minimum wages, living wages, living income and living tariff, labour laws, collective agreements, and the gig economy. WageIndicator’s mission is to equip workers, employers and other stakeholders with coherent and accessible data for equitable decision-making to improve working conditions globally. We collaborate with stakeholders to collect, share and compare data on wages and working conditions worldwide. By providing actionable tools and resources to workers and employers, we increase transparency and level the playing field.
