Admin Assistant

A. Monitors availability of consumable and inconsumable (fixed asset) supplies and materials being used by the warehouse for operation.

B. Purchases / acquires supplies and materials on a monthly basis thru in-house.

C. Records and monitors actual supplies and materials consumption on a weekly basis.

D. Reports to the Warehouse / Store Manager weekly purchasing activity thru Purchase Order or Petty Cash.

E. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the working area.

F. Observes proper grooming.

G. Practices proper decorum as per Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures.

H. Observes punctuality at all times.

I. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the Duty Manager.

J. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
