· Consistently provides the best quality of baked products (cakes, brads and pastry) based on standard formula, appearance and taste.
· Provides superior quality service.
· Responsible for the correct execution Production Plan.
· Responsible in the complete preparation of dough and butter mixes based on standard procedure.
· Responsible in counting and monitoring stocks (inventory)
· Primarily assigns specific tasks to BAKER ASSISTANTS.
· Checks and cleans all display cases/ tables & bread racks and replaces near expiry baked products with fresh baked goods.
· Assists/ provides quick sound solutions to Bakery Manager/ Specialist in dealing with day to day technical problems.
· Makes sure that all baking equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.
· Manages inventory supplies and orders supplies before they run out.
· Trains newly hired bakers and baker- assistant the standard procedures covering all products.
· Oversees cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
· Willing to execute to the best of his knowledge the needs of the business as required.
· Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
