1. PRODUCTION

a. Meet Production Target

b. Ensure compliance of standard cutting and marinating process

c. Ensure proper packing, and labelling

d. Ensure proper use of PPE

e. Ensure every FF&E and Tools are operational

f. Follow all orders of his immediate superiors

g. Follow proper disposal of Meat Department waste materials

h. Compliant to end to end production flow

2. STORAGE

a. Monitor temperature set point

b. Follow flow planogram from prep and overstock area

c. Proper placement of crates and pallets

d. Organize proper handling of product in prep and overstock

3. CLEANING

a. Ensure proper sanitation and compliance of Poultry Cleaning SOP

b. Observed standard cleaning schedule

c. Strict adherence to S&R GMP & SSOP policies

d. Ensure proper use of PPE

4. INVENTORY

a. Receive merchandise from suppliers ensuring accuracy of items and ensuring correct weight and count of the items being received.

b. Participate and actively assist in physical counts during inventory
