Position Overview
We are looking for a CRM and Email Specialist to handle all company-wide email communications. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns while ensuring consistent QA testing across automated, transactional, marketing and operational emails.
You will manage the entire user email journey from ticket purchases and confirmations to follow-ups and side-event invitations while collaborating with IT, marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure every email is accurate, functional, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
This position also involves overseeing the migration of all communications to HubSpot and identifying alternative solutions if needed to maintain centralized visibility and control.
