[EA Market] Middle Fullstack Java/Reactjs

Analysis requirement, design, develop and maintain complex web applications using Java and ReactJS (both front end and back end) Developing responsive, mobile friendly UI and RESTful API integration with relevant systems Interpreting and implementing client's requests across the full stack Performing quality verification including code review, code inspection, and performance testing Understanding development process and ensuring compliance (Risk management system for internal accounting)

3–5 years of experience in full stack web development using Java and JavaScript Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot; experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS including Hooks and state management Deep understanding of front end architecture, responsive design, and web accessibility standards; comfortable with TypeScript Experience with Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux; good understanding of Asynchronous and Event driven architecture Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Experience with batch job processing (Spring Batch is a plus) Hands on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, RDS) and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket) Strong debugging and problem solving skills across the full stack Experience in HR management domains such as attendance, compensation & benefits, payroll management, or tax finalization is a plus Good communication skill; self management mindset and ability to work independently Agile/Waterfall development experience is a plus
