Role Purpose

Drive rapid execution and deployment of production-grade software solutions by working directly within customer environments, translating operational challenges into scalable systems, and ensuring measurable business impact through iterative engineering and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct observational discovery with operators and domain experts to understand real-world workflows and operational challenges
• Translate complex and fragmented business processes into scalable data models and production-ready systems
• Build and ship production-grade software solutions directly within customer problem spaces
• Utilize Hyper scaffolding and internal tooling to accelerate schema design and workflow modeling
• Identify recurring implementation patterns across deployments and collaborate with Delta teams to convert them into reusable platform capabilities
• Take ownership of customer outcomes, system adoption, and operational impact beyond task execution
• Execute iterative deployment cycles driven by live usage data and direct user feedback
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with real operational requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment frameworks, engineering practices, and delivery models

Requirements

• 
  1 - 2 years of experience in software engineering or production system development
• Experience building production-grade applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and integrations across fragmented data environments
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex operational challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt across different customer environments

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of:

o Production-grade software development
o System integrations and distributed architectures
o Data modeling and workflow orchestration
o API integrations and backend systems

• Familiarity with rapid development and scaffolding tools
• Understanding of operational workflows and enterprise system environments

Preferred

• Experience working in customer-facing engineering or deployment roles
• Exposure to enterprise transformation or operational technology environments
• Familiarity with AI-native systems or intelligent workflow automation
• Experience collaborating across engineering and product teams to build scalable platform capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in high-stakes operational environments
• Commitment to on-site collaboration and deep integration with client workflows
