About the Program

Flylance is launching a sponsored training program for engineers who want to break into (or go deeper on) Palantir Foundry and AIP. This isn't a course you pay for and forget. It's a hands-on program built around real use cases from real companies, conducted by our internal team of Foundry experts who have deployed production systems for clients across financial services, healthcare, logistics, and gaming.

We sponsor the program. We run the program. And the engineers who excel get matched with our customers for paid Foundry opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking Fullstack Software Engineers and Data Engineers who are naturally driven problem solvers. The kind of person who, when something breaks at 2am, wants to understand why before they fix it.

You might be:

• A senior engineer ready for a new challenge in a fast growing ecosystem

• A mid-career data or fullstack engineer looking to deepen your skills

• Someone who has been in the Foundry stack for years and wants to level up further

• Someone who has only been thinking about taking the step into Foundry/AIP

Wherever you are on that spectrum, we want to talk.

What You Bring

Required

• Strong fundamentals as either a fullstack software engineer or a data engineer

• Genuine curiosity and a problem solver's mindset

• Comfort working in English

Bonus

• Existing Foundry or AIP experience (any level, any project)

• Experience shipping end to end products in production environments, whether on the data side or fullstack

• Background in Python, PySpark, TypeScript, or React

• Exposure to ontologies, Pipeline Builder, code repositories, or Workshop

If you do not have Foundry experience yet, that is okay. The program exists exactly for that reason.
