Frozen & Chilled Supervisor

A. Provides appropriate training for all Associates.

B. Monitors plantilla and performances of Associates and company merchandisers

C. Prepares schedule and monitors attendance of Sales Associates and Promo Merchandisers.

D. Conducts splinter meeting.

E. Check price change. Ensures signages are updated and promotions are accurate.

F. Monitors inventory and ensures items are in stock based on the required week supply of the Club. Coordinates with Buying for overstock merchandise.

G. Maintains records and prepares reports necessary for the Department.

H. Ensures POS boxes are clean, organize and products are merchandised to the company’s standards.

I. Ensures cleanliness, organization and safety of overstock freezers and chiller.

J. Monitors temperature of Freezers and Chillers both POS boxes and overstock storage and coordinates with Maintenance if necessary.

K. Checks receiving summary and plan accordingly.

L. Monitors merchandise subject for RTV and ensures procedure is being followed effectively.

M. Monitors expiration and prevents damage merchandise
