Full Stack Instructor (JavaScript & Backend Development)

Practicode Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Instructor to train students in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, backend development experience, and the ability to teach practical, industry-relevant concepts.
You will be responsible for teaching students through hands-on projects, mentoring beginners, and helping learners build real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Teach Full Stack Web Development classes
- Guide students on practical coding projects
- Explain frontend and backend development concepts clearly
- Assist students with assignments and debugging
- Prepare lesson materials and coding exercises
- Mentor and support students throughout the training program
Required Skills
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relevant databases
- Basic understanding of APIs and backend architecture
- Good communication and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
- Experience building full stack applications
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners
