Internal Security Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Conducts 24 hours monitoring and review of all happenings within the entire warehouse and perimeters from the security surveillance equipment.

B. Responsible for securing the Warehouse prior to its opening and in closing at night.

C. Stationed and conducts roving at the selling area during store operations.

D. Tracks and apprehends shoplifters and employees pilfering in accordance with set guidelines. Responsible for the strict implementation of safety and security measures as mandated in company policies.

E. Reports to Security Supervisor all infractions/ violations committed by employees and agency personnel against established rules & regulations of the company.

F. To assist and enforce the Lost & Found policy of the company.

G. Prepare and submit essential report to the Security Supervisor, any untoward incidents that occur during daily operation.

H. To ensure that all fire exits, fire extinguishers and all other Fire equipments are complete and working and must always free from any obstruction.

I. To assist customers/employees in case of emergency evacuation.

J. Conduct investigations as regulate by the Management.

K. Other task that the management may direct from time to time.
