Good understanding of Kotlin and/or Java (and willingness to learn Kotlin)
Knowledge of Spring Framework
MongoDB (we use it), or any other database
Knowledge of tools: Gradle, Gitlab or similar, Git, IntelliJ IDEA or any IDE of your choice
Writing Unit Tests: Junit5, AssertJ
Writing clean and readable code (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, KISS)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and spoken English
Fluent Polish
Responsibilities
Developing core features of web applications we build
Decide with the team how to approach new features
Working in a highly collaborative environment
Peer code reviews
Writing integration and end-to-end tests
Working at your own pace to deliver well tested and high-quality software
Sharing knowledge about the challenges and solutions encountered
