Lead Developer (PHP/Laravel, React.js, Next.js, AI/ML integrations)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Lead Developer to lead and manage our multi-disciplinary development teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with modern web technologies, mobile applications, AI solutions, software architecture, and engineering leadership.

This role requires someone capable of leading React/Next.js developers, Mobile App teams, PHP/Laravel developers, AI Engineers, AI Automation teams, and SQA Engineers while ensuring high-quality product delivery and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams including:
• React.js & Next.js Developers
• Mobile Application Developers
• PHP/Laravel Developers
• AI & Automation Engineers
• SQA Engineers
• Define engineering standards, development workflows, and coding best practices.
• Oversee application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Drive sprint planning, task management, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Mentor engineers and build a strong technical culture.
• Ensure proper QA processes and product quality standards are maintained.
• Lead AI-based product initiatives and automation workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations.
• Handle hiring, team scaling, performance reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Ensure proper technical documentation and development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React.js
• Next.js
• Mobile App Development
• PHP & Laravel
• APIs & Backend Systems
• AI/ML integrations and automation tools
• Software Quality Assurance processes
• Strong understanding of:
• Software Architecture
• Database Design
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Product development lifecycle
• Application security and performance optimization
