Maintenance & Facilities Technician

A. Conducts daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures.

B. Knowledgeable to both minor and major repairs of defective equipment such as Refrigeration System, Air-conditioning System, Forklift, GenSet, Kitchen equipment, Waste Water System, etc.

C. Conducts weekly fogging.

D. Ensures that daily data gathering of maintenance activity form is timely, accurate and complete.

E. Monitors equipment parameters.

F. Ascertains that janitorial supplies are kept at minimum while maximizing its usage.

G. Stores and safekeeps equipment and fixtures’ spare parts and tools.

H. Can communicate with contractors and suppliers.

I. Ensures cleanliness of warehouse floor area, comfort rooms, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time.

J. Observes proper grooming standards and wearing of company uniform at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officers, and punctuality at all times.

K. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
