PHP/Wordpress Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join Insi, responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and ensuring the stability of scalable, high-performance web applications, including legacy systems. This professional will work on challenging projects, leveraging modern technologies.

The role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to understand business needs, identify issues, propose solutions, and implement fixes end-to-end — especially within legacy environments.

Requirements:

• 
  5+ years of experience with PHP development
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Strong experience with Laravel, MySQL
• Advanced Git knowledge, including branching strategies, merge management, and conflict resolution
• Experience performing production deployments, application maintenance, and release management
• Technical Support Level 3 (L3) troubleshooting complex issues and identifying root causes
• Direct customer interaction, gathering requirements, providing technical updates, and ensuring issue resolution
