Python Tech Lead at BairesDev

Seize the opportunity to join our development team as a Python Tech Lead. In this role, you will oversee and mentor a team of skilled developers, shape our technology strategies, drive innovation, and set high industry standards using Python and related frameworks.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving decisions on technology, architecture, and technical strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, setting standards for code quality and leading by example in development practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and application in current and future projects.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving within the team, ensuring efficient workflow and addressing technical challenges proactively.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience with Python.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
