Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Supervisor

A. Prepare reports on item sales performance, daily throw away and weekly raw materials suggested order.

B. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objective and communicate them to his/her team members and with Fresh Manager.

C. Checks correct and appropriate grooming. Conducts splinter meeting.

D. Monitor stocks organization and lead Daily Inventory.

E. Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and company standard.

F. Knowledgeable in RTE Processes, Procedures and Products.

G. Actively Participate in all Company Trainings, Meetings and Development Programs.

H. Report operational concerns that need immediate action to Fresh Manager, AWM, WM and RTE Specialist.

I. Lead and Manage RTE Associates to achieve the highest product quality, supply availability levels, and ensure that all Products is always available mostly in peak hours and according to Daily Production Plan.

J. Implement Plans on Food Cost and Paper Cost program, initiatives, and projects.

K. Coach and Motivate RTE Associates to hone their Skills.

L. Perform another task that may be assigned.
