What We’re Looking For

Are you an experienced Risk & Compliance professional with a strong understanding of South African legislation and the BPO environment?

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and drive compliance excellence across our operations.

What To Expect

As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

You will play a key role in protecting the business, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting operational integrity.

Our typical shift pattern involves: 40 hours within the week. Shifts covering Monday to Friday 09:00am to 18:00pm rotational basis (SA time).

Please note. This position is based across our three Cape Town sites; in Gardens, Boulevard and Salt River.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:

• Oversee and manage regulatory and legislative compliance within a South African context.
• Ensure adherence to BPO operational compliance standards.
• Drive and maintain ISO compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support operational teams in embedding a strong compliance culture.
• Provide reporting and insights on risk exposure and compliance status.
• Ensure compliance within collections operations, including oversight of vulnerability and customer treatment standards.

Our ideal candidate?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Risk & Compliance role within a BPO/contact centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of South African legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ISO standards and audits.
• Solid understanding of collections compliance (advantageous).
• Knowledge of customer vulnerability frameworks and fair treatment principles (highly advantageous).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
