Sales Executive – CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive specializing in Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales across HVAC projects from inquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track new construction and development projects within the market
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients for upcoming HVAC projects
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up on submitted offers, negotiate with clients, and track purchase order (PO) status
  • Coordinate internally with sales teams to ensure alignment on project updates and opportunities
  • Prepare proforma invoices and follow up for advance payments
  • Liaise with the credit control team to ensure timely job account opening
  • Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to the project execution team with complete documentation
  • Monitor and review the status of ongoing and upcoming projects regularly
  • Obtain updated pricing, technical data, and product information from manufacturers
  • Coordinate with stores and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery, particularly for supply-only projects
  • Maintain and update project pipelines and prospects in the system as per management requirements
  • Review prequalification documents and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Track project bookings, sales performance, and payment collections
  • Analyze lost opportunities and provide insights for improvement
  • Participate in industry-related events and technical forums to stay updated on market trends
  • Review sales performance against budgets and targets
  • Document lessons learned and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in CAC / HVAC project sales
  • Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems (e.g., VRF, chillers, ducted systems)
  • Experience working with consultants and contractors in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
