Senior Java Spring Boot Developer

Location: On-Site (Monday to Friday 8 hours daily)

About the Role

We are building a large-scale healthcare platform and are looking for a Java Spring Boot Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and developing secure, scalable backend systems that support critical healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build RESTful APIs for healthcare applications
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT)
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Integrate third-party services (EHR systems, APIs, etc.)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java (8+) and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML
• Knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Understanding of security best practices
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare systems or FHIR/HL7 standards
• Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ (event-driven systems)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of compliance (HIPAA or similar)
