Our customer is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide the development of our next-generation software solutions.

As a key member of our technology team, you will combine technical leadership with active development, helping to shape architecture, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality applications built with modern technologies.

Key Responsabilities:

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications and APIs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Support the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.

• Contribute to document management, archiving, and data lifecycle solutions.

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Previous experience leading or mentoring development teams.

• Agile mindset and collaborative approach.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Knowledge of microservices architectures.
