Job Stability - Usually they don't fire any employee as there are lot of projects going around and attrition is always high. Salary - Reasonably descent salary compared to peers.
Contras
Work Culture - One of the worst in the industry. All employees are just numbers here. Work life Balance - Forget it if you are working in Bangalore Technical Growth - Again it is better to forget the same as there is nothing technical. Any project is taken as long as there is a potential revenue from the same. It can be as bad as sweeping floors as well. Peers level and Senior Management - Most absurd organization with the top management treating you as dirt. However it is a nice place to be in if you lack technically and have a little bit of Project Managment knowledge. As nothing technical work takes place it is the best place for all who lack technically and have limited knowledge. All that is needed is little bit of management experience.
