      Prós

      Roche is all about patients and science, and that makes a huge difference to many. Number one in sustainable development for a decade, and it's focus on people, culture, and agility has been remarkable over the past years. Roche prepared his leadership for VUCA and this helped a lot in 2020.

      Contras

      Roche has grown from many acquisitions and always preserved innovation. Downside is a very strong and sometimes counterproductive complexity and decentralisation. Stakeholder management is a full time job. However this is recognised and on the way for change.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Contras

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
