Questionable how few managers ended up at the position, when whole managerial core work is done from subordinates. Additionally, some are trying to prove their value in the company through trainings and presentations, while their positions are discounted globally and competitors have outsourced them. Perfunctory work, focusing on quantity and not quality job. No career development and opportunities, unless politics and nepotism is on your side, no matter performance and quality. Due to nepotism, few long-time and really capable employees that have been loyal to the company and have added enormous value, have been fired in order to be replaced with “friends”
