Great working environment and growth opportunities, the senior management of the company is constantly looking for ways of helping you achieve your goals. Learned a lot from my QA Lead in the company. She was the best mentor I could ever have. I was always encouraged for my good work. Whenever I got stuck or made any mistake in reviewing document, I was given a very constructive feedback that shaped my future career. Most of the companies just expect you to know everything from the beginning, but here I always felt invited when I needed guidance. I learned how important it is to pay attention to detail while reviewing and approving documents. I enjoyed the career opportunities, culture and values. I highly recommend this company. I had to relocate because of family, else would have stayed there for years. I miss my time there. You will be happy to work here if you are ready to learn and give your best performance with respect.

I've found when I have heard directly from the management team the story and direction makes a lot of sense. Sometimes the message gets diluted as it flows down through the organization.
