The CEO showed up late, and it was clear that during the interview was the first time he looked over my resume. It was a laid back process. He asked generic interview questions and about my experiences that were listed on my resume. He questioned a lot of my experiences.

Do not even bother prepping for this interview. The CEO is usually at least 30 minutes late to your interview. He does not care about your qualifications or credentials. He would rather hire a freshman with 0 technical skills that's willing to work for $12-$15 an hour over a qualified candidate with a bachelors or masters degree in computer science for $25+ an hour. He says a raise is possible after 6 months of work, but if you demand for higher than $25/hr he'll shortly start looking for other candidates willing to work for $15/hr to replace you and then fire you within a few weeks.

Entrevista
Was brought into a small room with CEO. During the beginning, he seemed very disengaged from the interview. His head was down looking at my resume and at his phone. He asked me many questions about my previous experience and skill set. Half way through he finally looked up and said that I was not cut out for QA, but was willing to bring me in under a different role. I was willing to do this at first, but after re-analyzing a few red flags, I decided not to take the role.
