I joined UtilizeCore 6 months earlier. Unfortunately, my experience with the company fell far short of expectations. After just six months of employment, I was abruptly terminated without any prior warning or performance improvement plan (PIP). The reason provided was a vague mention of company restructuring. The lack of transparency and communication surrounding my dismissal was deeply disappointing. I was not given any specific feedback or reasons for my termination, which made the entire process feel arbitrary and unfair. It's disheartening to invest time and effort into a role only to be let go without a clear understanding of why. Furthermore, the timing of my dismissal, coinciding with the company's restructuring, raises questions about the integrity of the decision-making process. Without a proper explanation or opportunity to address any concerns, I was left feeling undervalued and unsupported. While I acknowledge that organizational changes are sometimes necessary, the manner in which my departure was handled reflects poorly on UtilizeCore's commitment to employee well-being and professional development. I hope that the company will take steps to improve transparency, communication, and fairness in its human resources practices moving forward.
