Ambush offers a lot of learning opportunity and during the process it makes you feels valuable to the company. You are usually surrounded by great talents and the managers try their very best to make you give 100% of your potential, not treating you as just a number, but they really collaborate, hear you, and sees you as a human being . This is definetely one of the best places I ever worked.
Contras
- Although you have benefits like, holidays and PTOs, the paycheck seems to me very low comparing to other consulting companies. - Depending on the client you go you may feel wasting your time because they will put you to do anything but what you were hired for, sometimes it is hard to keep motivated with "low" salary and feeling you are not using your skills.
