Ao2 as a company is fast paced and energetic. The team here is super focused and are truly inspiring. My best part of working here is collaborating with the most brilliant minds in solving day to day issues and complex seller facing issues. The best part of working here is that team members are valued and respected in every aspect. The leadership team are supportive of ideas and suggestions and I have personally never hear them say no for any idea, suggestion or request that I have put forward. Love to be a part of Ao2.

I kickstarted my ecommerce career with AO2 when we were a super small and hungry startup. We've tried to keep that hunger and thirst for innovation and knowledge going even as we've greatly expanded our team and capabilities. My favorite part about working here is the constant improvement and fast paced team we have, as well as the people who are always willing to take time out of their day to help each other out. It's great to see leadership, communication and collaboration at so many levels between so many departments.

Contras

In the changing world of ecommerce, especially amazon, it sometimes can feel like change is constant both internally and externally. My greatest advice is to embrace the change and adopt a student mentality. I've never been the best account manager or ppc manager, but by listening to those I know are better than me and staying on top of trends/in the news for everything ecommerce I was able to expand and hone in my skillset a lot faster than I thought when I first got started.

"flexible hours" you are forced to learn new tactics since no one offers help

No pay raises because the company grossly mismanages money. no help from management.
