APEX doesn't value its therapists, and often asks them to work unsustainable hours that can ultimately diminish the efficacy of the therapy provided to the children. The company PTO policy was that any therapist that requested time off was expected to attempt to make that time up. There is a company holiday party that therapists, the individuals on whom the company depends, are not invited to.
