Prós

The sales organization seems very friendly and socially active. There is a very high level of camaraderie among the sales team.

Contras

The company has been losing customers, or at least not gaining any significant new ones, for the past year. There is a high turnover in sales staff tasked with capturing new business and especially new merchants to add to the company's solution content. Product performance lags, and new product development struggles to keep pace with market need.

Prós

Nothing Access Development will go out of business soon. Upper Management, customer relationships, and their products all are struggling. They have to pivot their business model every few months because of decisions upper management makes.

Contras

Everything, the pay is way below market average. The building location is in a bad area of Salt Lake, upper management is killing the company
