Leadership has seriously lost its way. The management team seems more focused on cutting costs by hiring cheaper labor than investing in a skilled, experienced team. The technical expertise that once drove our work is dwindling because many talented people have left due to feeling undervalued and overlooked. Instead of prioritizing quality and sustainable growth, leadership appears more concerned with short-term gains, at the expense of quuality and the company's core values.
