Whether you've been there for a short time or longtime you very much feel like a member of a family! Since it has a small company feel you get the opportunity to try different things and wear "multiple hats" if you want to. Since it also has a global customer base the opportunity can come up where you get to travel anywhere from the US to Dubai to Asia.

Sometime because there is that family feel you can have a clash of differences. These typically get worked out just like any regular family.
