Pay, some decent people in the UK office.
Contras
Staff turnover, poor planning, lack of backup, toxic behaviour, backstabbing of certain people in the UK office, they dont listen to staff who have experience in much larger companies. CEO who believes constant change will change results, turning over staff after they have got ideas or no longer believe they are useful or question things.
