I am so embarrassed to work for a very wealthy Norwegian company who have resorted to using UK government funding to save senior leaders jobs, a decision led by the UK business leader. The use of the job retention merely to prepare and plan for a redundancy consultation is quite frankly unethical no efforts to avoid job losses is evident . The choices nmade to use furlough and then place half of this group at risk has negatively impacted the lives of hundreds of employees many with long service and dedicated.
