The owners have no idea what they’re doing. They give a workload that should be for 3 people in any regional area to one, and expect everything done at the drop of a hat. If you look at them the wrong way, they will fire you and for a while went through several employees after “training” them only a handful of days. Aside from two people, they only hired lawyers and then pay you $40-45k a year. Just another place taking advantage of a bad job market many people graduated into. Owners are also condescending and unhelpful and leave this place to be handled by 20 and 30 somethings with no other professional job experience. The insurance is laughable and costs several hundred dollars a month just for yourself, and you only get 5 days off a year, which you aren’t eligible for until 6 months of employment. There is no opportunity for growth of any kind - legal or project management. Don’t work here, this place is a joke.
