      Prós

      Allen & Shariff is a company with the potential to be amazing. They offer flexible hours, have a committed and hardworking staff, and a lot of knowledge within the organization. The company provides decent compensation, and a good work/life balance.

      Contras

      There aren't unified processes in place, so jobs aren't all done the same way. Staff isn't trained thoroughly, and management doesn't provide beneficial direction. Understaffed, so workflow can be a bear.

      Prós

      The office I was at had a smaller number of employees that were very close. Had the feeling of a smaller close-knit company instead of a larger international company that it is. Management was very involved in all projects and very approachable.

      Contras

      During my short employment I did not find any cons with the company.
