Pay was all right, remote work is appreciated.
Contras
Most decisions that came from CEO and leadership were rushed an ill thought out, leadership was very inexperienced. Employees were expected to be on constant fire fighting mode. Very poor planning of activities, deadlines were unreasonable. Employees were required to attend in-person crunch sessions to work on the product for days on end, and everything was so badly planned that multiple times code is scraped and written from scratch again. The company doesn't care for family, health or other personal matters. Lack of empathy is frightening.
