Everyone is willing to answer questions and help, every department is very team-oriented, and management is always willing to work with you if you need time off/have personal things going on, and they always have an open door to voice opinions/problems and will actually take you seriously. They also have a lot of opportunities to grow in leadership despite your education level. If you prove yourself by your work, you WILL move up. It’s very refreshing, and sort of old-fashioned in that sense and I really like that. Also In the shop you get two 15 minute breaks and 30min lunch, which is sweet. Upper management is religious but not pushy or judgey, which is nice. They do prayer at company events and have chapel during the week, but it is not forced on anyone.

Thankfully everyone is nice and will always take time to help if you need it, but that being said, there is a lack of training for new workers. If you cant communicate or ask questions, you might struggle.
