Prós

+ good work-life balance + nice scrum implementation + time reserved for learning + people are really friendly and helpful + small company so direct communication is preferred over bureacracy + open for career changers

Contras

- not a software company, IT is a cost not an asset - deadlines sometimes are set arbitrally by business without asking IT for estimates - tech stack is slowly modernized, so to keep everything running system needs a lot of manual care (manual version release, ad-hoc scripts, manual testing) - only Polish language (obviously as this is a Polish company, but still, if you think of your future career in IT, this can be a downside)
