Everybody wants to know how people feel about their products - BMX did just that. Having the ability to understand 48 different emotions in big data gave the customers the ability to understand brand health and how to affect it, where there market opportunity, etc.
Contras
The CEO was a 'do it my way or get out' kind of guy. He was sporadic and moody and kept changing the direction of the company; went after the shinny bouncing ball. He would say to customers and investors that BMX was going to be the next Google. They never produced a product due to mismanagement.
