Most toxic work environment I have been a part of. Management belittles and verbally abuses employees until they break, won't listen to ideas unless they are convinced they are their own, micromanages every aspect of the company, and does not respect employees' personal time and boundaries. Pay raises are not provided unless you raise hell. Culture makes you constantly feel like you are failing and need to stay past normal work hours as you can never do enough. Shouting matches were a regular occurrence. Business decisions are made based on what management thinks will make them look cool, not what is best for the business/what actually sells.
