1) don't expect to make more then 40k -50ka year. This can be hourly or salary. 2)you will get unlimited unpaid vacation days which again will greatly affect how much of that 40-50k you are actually taking home. 3) there is no 401k matching 4) HR doesn't have discretion or seem to put any emphasis on training. 5) employees seem displeased with the upper management and c-suite. 6) no advancement everyone is in the same place they started in even for the employee that have a few years in. 7) no culture no values no team bonding
