- Equipment is top-tier, you are working in industry/professional level tools and you get to keep the equipment with you at all times - You have a lot of autonomy when it comes to shooting and recording - The organizations that you get to encounter are unique and extremely caring, no one knows community better than the Bronx

- Severely poor management - They could care less about you and your well-being outside of the workplace - Inefficiency when it comes to uploading packages and events -- don't expect a timely turn-around - Unnecessary coverage of political events, town-hall meetings, and other gatherings that make you feel like an intruder at times
