CIR has been in the real estate business in Alberta for almost 40 years - a very big deal consideirng how many real estate businesses go out of business. The leadership team is incredible as is the support staff. Multiple offices across the province means Realtors and their clients have access to professional meeting spaces at all times. The culture is colloabrative and everyone is kind and supportive of one another. The company is constantly developing its resources to be the best in the business - including their online "cloud" based Virtual Office which has won international awards for how beneficial it is for Realtors.
Contras
Currently CIR REALTY only has physical offices in Alberta, although they will soon be opening up in British Columbia as well. Not really a con though - as an independant brokerage, expansion is taken very seriously - not anyone can just open a franchise with sub par support and services.
